It all started with an old double garage. The corrugated iron roof had small leaks. The up and over doors were damaged, leaked and extremely draughty. Cold, damp and no toilet or hand wash facilities and no kitchen facilities.
The original roof beams were altered and the roof replaced with insulated modern roofing sheets – happy team of workers.
Various pipe, drainage and electricity ducts were installed.
All this enabled a toilet, hand washbasin and separate simple kitchen facilities.
Inside began to take shape. At times it was extremely dusty especially when accurate woodworking with templates was taking place.

………. and the apprentice not listening and making a right mess of it!
Surely that overflow will leak all over the floor?

Some eighteen months to two years later we have an insulated warm building with pretty good facilities in which to meet.
